Sterling has a plan for everyone:
Loan Origination
- The Sterling Signature plan allows you to keep 100% of your originating commissions with no per file fee. For the loan officer that closes more than 1 deal per month this is a perfect fit.
- The Sterling Economy plan caters to the part-time loan officer. This program offers 100% commissions minus a $599 per file fee.
- The Sterling Split plan, offers a 70/30 split and has no monthly fee, this plan is ideal for the loan officer closing less than 1 deal per month.
Team Building
- Our team building program is included in all of our plans and services.
- This program offers the member the ability to build a team and earn monthly income for each of the recruited team members.
- For each loan officer added to your team you are paid either $100 per month each and every month or $100 each and every file depending on the program the recruited team member enrolls in.
